The RCFCA is a community of 49 homes located in Birmingham Township, Chester County, Pennsylvania.  The local post office is located in Chadds Ford, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.  The Association has a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary.  An annual meeting of the Association is held in October of each year and includes an election of officers as well as presentation of the proposed budget for the coming calendar year, and voting on any matters of importance.  The elected board serves from November 1st to October 31st of the following year, and holds meetings of the board during this period.  The board publishes a newsletter four times per year, which is distributed via email (and delivered to those without email access).
